Can I order all my registration items together?
Yes. You can order lanyards, PVC ID cards, booklets, wire-o notebooks and bags together in one bulk order and we deliver them at the same time. Note that we print and ship the items in bulk and do not assemble or pair them into per-delegate sets.
What file format do you need for our event branding?
We accept print-ready PDF, AI and high-resolution files. We check each file against our printing criteria; if anything does not meet the requirements, we return it to you to amend before printing. All design and edits are done on your side.
Can you print PVC ID cards and lanyards together?
We print custom lanyards and PVC ID cards as separate products that you can order together in one bulk delivery. We do not pair or assemble them into per-delegate sets — each product is supplied in bulk for your team to combine yourselves.
Do you handle events outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Malaysia, including Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. Confirm your delivery window when ordering so we can schedule production accordingly.
How early should we place a conference order?
Lead time depends on the product mix and quantity. Registration items and booklets are usually quicker; apparel runs need more time. Share your event date and we will advise a production schedule.
